El Salvador 2

La Palma and Santa Ana

La Palma, near the border, is famous for naive art... This is the main door to one of the schools simple figures in bright primary colours I stayed in Hotel La Palma
which is similarly decorated even in the dining room the only trouble is that La Palma is on the main route to Honduras the roads are quite narrow and there are huge lorries forcing their way through town every two or three minutes
Santa Ana Town Hall but you don't see this sign in the UK Santa Ana is a bustling city also with narrow streets but clearly signposted
Iglesia El Calvario El Salvador is very religious The cathedral is in the process of being renovated Except that they've only painted the two towers Even the gate has crosses on it
